Paid Member Support

  • One-on-one support is available via chat, lesson/tutorial comments, and email.
  • Support is provided only for Cinema 4D and Redshift. I do not provide support for third-party plugins, scripts, or tools.
  • Includes:
    • Answers to Cinema 4D and Redshift questions to the best of my knowledge.
    • Suggestions on approaches to problems.
    • Troubleshooting member project files.
    • Career advice based on my experience.
    • Example files or fixed project files, which may be returned to you.
  • Limitations:
    • No guarantee I can fix every project file.
    • I do not complete full projects or build custom/bespoke solutions.
    • Fair use applies (e.g., max 10 questions per month per member).
    • I aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Weekends and busy periods may take longer, but I’ll usually let you know.

Free Support

  • Chat only.
  • Support is provided only for Cinema 4D and Redshift. I do not provide support for third-party plugins, scripts, or tools.
  • Includes general advice and explanations on how I might approach specific effects.
  • Does not include project file reviews or troubleshooting.
  • Responses may take longer, as Paid Members are prioritized.

File Sharing and Privacy

  • You are responsible for having the rights to share any files with me.
  • Files are only seen by me and are never shared elsewhere.
  • Files are kept for one week after support is provided, then deleted.

Disclaimer

Support and advice are offered in good faith. I am not liable for any outcome that results from applying my advice or changes to project files.

Tutorial and Project File Requests

  • Most content is created based on member feedback and requests.
  • I aim to cover as many questions and topics as possible.
  • Not every request will be fulfilled — suitability is at my discretion.
  • If a request is too specific or niche, I may respond with a text explanation rather than a full tutorial.
  • Requests from members are prioritized, but I may occasionally accept non-member requests if they benefit the wider community.
  • The request list is long (including email and social media submissions), so I cannot guarantee all requests will be addressed.
